Mouseketrips?
Anyone having a problem getting a response from these folks? I used them last year and they were very good but I have sent them 2 e-mails, the first one over a week ago and a second one yesterday looking to make reservations and I have received no response from either. Has anyone used any other Disney travel consultant that they can refer me to? Thanks.

We just used Mousketrips for our trip two weeks ago and everything was done first-rate!
BTW: Moderator "Mickey" here on Disney Central is the head honcho at Mouseketrips, so he'll proabbly see this thread. Expect a response soon, in other words...

Sorry to all of you. I was out of town all last week, and all new requests go to me. My internet access was poor at best, and a few of the requests that I thought were forwarded on to Turnwrench didn't make it. We have found them all now, and they have been replied to.

Mouseketrips are top-notch. I will not book with my WDW trips with anyone else.

My next trip will be using Mousketrips BECAUSE of this great discussion board and BECAUSE Mickey hasn't timed me out as of yet.

Mickey did all the planing for the trip we just got home from and I highly recommend them. Mickey handles anything you throw at him with timeliness and a great attitude. I would highly recommend them and would have no trouble using them again.

Since I started this thread I wanted to let everyone know that I did receive an e-mail yesterday with the reservation information I requested. As I said in my original post I used Mouseketrips last year and was very pleased with their quick responses and overall helpfulness. From their e-mail it sounds like that just had a rough week last week which we all have from time to time and based on their excellent track record is certainly forgivable. Happy to say that I will be booking my upcoming trip through Mouseketrips.

I usually use WDW Travel but I have a quote from Mouseketrips and Vickie has been very responsive. I'm considering booking with them. Has anyone had a bad experience?
