I am in the mist of getting prices from them. Boy are they quick to respond! Those that have used them, positive experience? Okay to trust them with my plans? I normally do it all myself but it would be nice to not have to worry about it all.

They are great!!!! They have made the arranagements for my last 2 trips (including my trip in Sept.). Different options, no hassels.... a real pleasure to work with. Very fast and responsive to questions and quotes for different resorts.

CaraMia, we've always used a travel agent (Liberty Travel). After hearing so much about Mouseketrips and how much people have saved, we used them for the first time this past trip. Keith was our agent and he was absolutely wonderful. I researched airfares and times, car rentals and the resort. He booked everything we wanted. Plus, when I received a resort discount, he was able to book the room at the lower rate. Same goes for the car. Happened to check on the rates for the car and they were lower so all I had to do was e-mail him and he had our reservation updated.

It is scary these days to work with someone you don't meet, let a lone over the internet. But they came "highly" recommended and were fantastic!!!!!!

This is my first experience with Mouseketrips---we have gone over 20 times previous. NEVER have I had such great customer service. Keith answers all my questions in a very timely manner and has even upgraded us when the Dining Plan was added to the MYW package. The communication is excellent and the experience so far has been FLAWLESS. >geez, do I sound like I am gushing?<

LOL...my sentiments EXACTLY!!! For the last two or three weeks we've been hashing out the details of two trips within a month of each other. I've changed packages, # of people, etc. numerous times and if Keith's the least bit irritated I wouldn't know it! Every time I'd think I had my mind made up something would change where it seemed I could get a better deal!

He also booked our room only ressie for our May trip back earlier this year and when the AP codes came out I got an email from him saying they'd been applied! Sure beat spending all day on the phone like some of my DC friends!!

In summary...Mouseketrips is GREAT!!!

Have to give mouseketrips a spontaneous "you rock!" Today, mickey got me booked under the new AP program. Had to cancel my other trip and rebook another to get me in, but he did. I am now saving $40 a night on my resort. Not the discount we are used to, but a discount all the same. I'd rather get something than nothing. WOO HOO!!

Would you have been able to book this same rate on the disney page or did using mousektrips save you extra $$...I am thinking of using them for our next trip..but I honestly LOOOVVVVEEE planning and making PS's...so if they can save me extra money I'll probaly use them....

Yes, I could have got this rate on the website. The good thing about using mouseketrips is that if something (discount wise) comes up, they automatically rebook my trip and get me the lower rate. It's like they want me to have a cheaper trip..lol I love them for that. Who doesn't like saving money? I still make my own PSes and do my own planning. They would make them too if I asked. I HAVe to plan....kinda like an addiction for me I think. They take care of the actual booking. I like that. Something as important as the room itself, is something I would not want to mess up on. I would rather them do it. mickey knows his WDW and he takes excellent care of me. I'm a pain in the butt client, so you know he's good..lololol You should give them a try bella. You won't be sorry for letting them take care of these details I promise. You can still do all the day-to-day planning and have a clear head knowing your room reservation is taken care of and you are paying a great price.

Our Mickey is not only the absolute BEST at his job he is also a fantastic person. Hopefully, I am going the first week in October and just emailed him for some details.
