Peak season applys during the Spring Break. I haven't seen in the past any real good discounts but you should be able to get at least 10% at the ecomony and moderate hotels on site. But to get them you need to get them now because if there are any they will disappear real fast.

The last two years (2001 and 2002), there have been no annual passholder discounts between about February 10 and April 20. During 2002, there were some last minute deals available, but they were for anyone, not just annual passholders.
If you really want to go during this time, make your reservation now through CRO or a Disney Travel agent (not through WDW Travel!) and use the AAA discount or something similar. Then, if a last minute deal is announced like last year, you can change your reservation.
