Halloween party at MK
I'm going to Disney next week and I was looking on the Disney website and came across the Halloween Party at Magic Kingdowm. I was wondering if anyone has done that and how it was before I bought tickets for it.

My Mom and I went on Friday September 30, 2005 and had a great time. SOme people had kids, some just adults, some in costume and some not. They let us in around 6:00pm and the party started at 7:00 with the first parade starting at 8:00 and Hallowishes at 9:15pm the second parade was at 10:00. Lots of candy was given out, lots of characters everywhere. We just had a great time!

I think it's a great opportunity to see rare characters and characters in costume!!!
Also, it'd be cool to see the MK dressed up for Halloween... I say go for it, KerryD!

I haven't been yet, but I am going on 10/20! There are other threads listed here with info for it...try doing a search for MNSSHP! (Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party)
It is sure to be a great night for kids and adults alike! I CAN'T WAIT TO GO!!!

In the meantime, I posted a link for you to read about this years MNSSHP and some reviews: MNSSHP05 I went last year and Iam going again this year!!! My 2nd time! My DD and I loved it!!  Have fun!!

Just did MNSSHP on 9/30. Very cool!!! my 2 & 4 year-olds aren't big firework & parade kids, so we hit all the major rides with limited wait times. One hint we found is that if you can't do the family pic right away, go back around 11pm. We did this & walked in & out, they mailed the photo to our house, & it was here when we arrived from disney today!!
Also, we went to the park at 4:30ish, with PSA's @ Tony's @ 5. We were never asked for a regular park admission ticket. I even asked a CM if I needed to show my regular ticket & was told no!! It was a great time, we're thinking about making it an annual event. Also, dress up , however old you are!!!! I think adults get a kick out of seeing the parents dressed up as much as the kids!!!

We went last year, and last Sunday. It is a fun thing to do. Our kids dressed up in costumes and we all trick-or-treated. We will most likely go again next year :)

Got our tickets for the 16th. I went last year and I had good time it was cool seeing other people dress up although not everyone did a majority where in costume that's including the adults.
