Question about booking 2 rooms?

I am already planning my next trip to the house of the mouse- next September. We will be traveling in group of 5 people this time. I would love to stay at the Poly but hubby is steared towards All Star Sports. I understand that I would have to book 2 rooms at Sports. My question is can I book them together in one reservation or two separate ressies? I plan on booking this trip to coming thursday (payday lol) and if able to get away with making only one deposit of $200.00 that would be fine and dandy, instead of paying $400.00 for 2 ressies. Help please all you disney addicts out there??

Lisa

Re: Question about booking 2 rooms?

Maybe someone else would know better than I, but my understanding is that the deposit is per room. So you'd have to put down a reservation fee for each room you reserve.

Re: Question about booking 2 rooms?

Of you stay at the all star you have to pay for two rooms, That for one day deposit which comes to approx $200.

Yes, you can book two rooms on one reservation, and yes, they will accept a $200 deposit, however, Disney's system does not like it much, and everything seems to work better with $400, since technically, you are supposed to pay $200 per room. If you can only pay the $200 now, book it that way, and pay the next $200 as soon as you can.

You can get a room that has a connecting door too, if you wanted to be able to go back and forth.

Re: Question about booking 2 rooms?

When we have booked 2 rooms on one reservation I wasn't given an option of paying one deposit I was given a deposit total equal to one night for each room. Good luck, I hope you get a nice CM who will work a little harder to book your rooms.

Yeah, me too Stephanie. Wish I'd known it was an option, since I had to pay for it, then go back and collect the deposit money from my friends. Would have been easier to just pay one room deposit and let them send in the deposit for their own room later.

I agree, I book a room for my DILs when I book our rooms and I have to remember everything they owe. This is something I will tuck away for our next trip.
