hey if you have done a pixie was it worth the money? what did you do ? i want to do this for my kids when we get there but was not sure how worth the money is on doing it . as most people i want it to be a trip to remember forever . so thats why we are not telling them til the morning of our trip and i thought to have gifts waiting would be kinda fun for them. i read about this pixie thing seems expensive to me but maybe its worth every cent really not sure. :hmmm

The website is Gifts of a A Lifetime and the employees are called Pixies.
I was a guest Pixie in the month of December - you can hire them to do virtually anything. They can decorate a room for you, take family photos, present a birthday gift, or set up a park-wide scavenger hunt (that's what I was part of). Jane is absolutely wonderful, and *very* creative. She has the most incredible stories of her company making magic for her Guests. It's really neat - I heartily recommend checking it out. I still have to write up the report of what happened that day. Woefully behind on trip reportage... :angel

I have seen this website before. But here is a real moneysaver and still alot of fun, especially for a child. One year we visited Disney with some friends that had a young daughter that was "crazy" about Winnie the Pooh. Since we were there for her b'day, we did a little shopping for her at Downtown Disney. One of the clerks reminded us that we could have this delivered to our room and had a few suggestions.... The next morning our room had a call from the front desk for susie... seems that Pooh had made a special effort to remember her b'day and they had a package for her at the front desk. They could deliver it to her or she could come and get it. Of course the desk played along... Pooh had to make alot of deliveries that morning but wanted her to know that he thought she was a special girl, etc. What great fun for us all and a b'day she will always remember. I'm not sure this reply belongs here or not, but sometimes we all can't afford a "pixie".
