Laundry Facilities at Disney Resorts
Hello,
Were planning eight nights at CBR at the end of May. In the spirit of travelling light, what laundry facilities are available at Disney's resorts? We may upgrade to a deluxe resort depending on the discounts that may come available. If this is a dead horse taking it's tenth beating, I apologize. Evan

The Value and Moderate resorts all have laundry facilities , often near their respective pool areas. Each laundry facility has 8-10 washers and about the same number of dryers, and I believe they're around $1.00 a load, possibly a little more or less...I can't remeber even though I've used them frequently. They usually aren't too crowded.
A word of advice-bring your own detergent!!!!! Disney charges an arm and a leg for the soap in those little vending machines in the laundry room...I think my mom said she ended up spending almost $20 on soap on our last trip. Pack some of those detergent tablets or bring a small bottle of liquid detergent...you'll be glad you did!

I washed and dried 2 loads of laundry last week at the BoardWalk Inn. They had a small facility on the 3rd floor and a larger one by the main pool. The room that I used was a key entry and had 4 washers and 6 dryers (3 of the dryers didn't work). Each load cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry. The laundry room had a change machine as well as vending machines. The detergent cost $1 a box....but I brought my own from home.

Last month @ A/S Music the wash/dryers were $3 each load. When we bought our supplies at Walgreen's we also bought detergent, much cheaper then buying it at Disney.:D :D
