Ride the Monorail backwards?

Ok so we all know you can ride up in the front of the Monorail but can you ride in the very back of the Monorail?

I really really need to know or else I might die.

Thanks.

Re: Ride the Monorail backwards?

That would be a no. Since there is now castmember normally stationed there they wouldn't let unescorted tourists ride in their. Now if you are a VIP I imagine they would find someway to accommidate that request. :)

Re: Ride the Monorail backwards?

Gatour you are such a buzzkill! ( )

So now it looks like I have to continue on my quest to become notorious...um I mean famous so I can get VIP treatment and watch the World in reverse from the Monorail.

(anyone else have Duran Duran going thru your head now … “Notorious”…if so you are welcome)

This is the one thing about my trip (coming up in 10 days) to which I am not looking forward.

Couldn't they just leave you at the baby swap?

Re: Ride the Monorail backwards?

Well...I have! At Disneyland :) Before all the changes were made when they added DCA, they used to sell(yes sell) tickets for a round trip ride on the Monorail beginning at the DLH. It was a couple of bucks...they'd put your party in the back of the monorail. So..you'd get to ride into the park...stop at the Tomorrowland station...unload and load the other passengers and then continue back to the hotel. It was cool....sadly they don't offer this anymore :( But...it was fun when they did!
