I would recommend Pop for the simple fact that they have their own buses. The All Stars share buses and can get very crowded.

Pop Century is a wonderful resort. As jodlit says, it has it's own bus line. PC is actually in a different county with a lower tax rate. So the rooms are actually cheaper, based on taxes.
My vote is PC. And welcome to Disney Central!

I would pick pop. We went there last year in October and the crowd level was not that bad. The food court was good and the pools always had room. Also its cool to go through the lobby and check out the time capsules.

First off, I'd like to welcome you to DC!
I've never stayed at ASM I have stayed at All-Star Sports, however, I have stayed at PC on several occasions and love it there. PC just seems nicer to me than the AS resorts. From my experience, the bus system is also defiantely better than at the All-Star resorts.
