Unexpected Package Items: Planet Hollywood? Photo Pass?
Hi Folks,
Received yet another copy of ResConf for Sep/Oct MMW w/Dining. Added/unexpected 'features' were Disney's Photo Pass - 1 per pkg Planet Hollywood Meal Voucher - 1 per pkg Planet Hollywood Merch. Voucher - 1 per pkg Anybody know what's up with this? I heard the PH stuff is like a single sandwich/fries meal and a small 'statue' presumambly to get people to visit PH - like a coupon and the Photo Pass is like a you pickup a loan/disposable digital camera and any photo place in a WDW park then return it and get a CD of the files...? |

Planet Hollywood Meal Voucher give you 1 entree (choice of ceasar salad, any burger platter, or pasta pomodora (sp?) )
Photo Pass is actually a card, similiar to your resort key/ID. You know those CMs with the cameras in the parks? They're usually right when you walk into the parks. Well you hand them your Photo Pass card, they take your picture, and put your picture on that card. You can view and order your pictures at certain places within the parks, or you can wait til you get home and view/order them online.

Yup, we got it last year too, We didn't use the PH stuff though :(

We will not be using our PH vouchers I'm sure....not when we've got free DP.
The Photopass is free to all park guests (unless that's changed very recently...)

I don't know if we're going to use our vouchers or not. We had planned on eating at EOS on our DtD day, but maybe we'll eat at PH for lunch (since there is a specific time frame you can use the voucher) then EOS for dinner. We'll just have to play it by ear.

That's a shme that each person in your party doesn't get the free item. Still, if you go, at least get the free gift! Be it a keychain or pin or something!

We got it too.
Since Nikki is the child with a tape worm, I am hoping to get a burger to go for her and get my PH gift. Free is one of my favorite words...

Photopass is a free service to everyone, but I think the coupon may be for a free photo...not sure though. We have it on our package too, but we're not going until December.
