When the AP discounts came out, I called late in the day for discounts for the Poly the second week in October, and was told no rooms had been released yet for the Poly. I called yesterday early and was told there were no rooms discounted at the Poly and only some garden rooms were available at the regular price. I called back yesterday afternoon and ask if there any rooms available with the AP discount and she said there were and applied them to my reservations. We have six people going so we have to have two rooms, saved over a $1000. Only about 50 days!

Although I got a great rate at AKL ($134 per night) I am going to keep checking to see if I can get that at WL. That is my first choice....

When I called the first time and told there were no rooms at the Poly, I asked about the WL and was told there were only some courtyard view rooms available for the AP discount. It is worth trying again.

I totally agree that you should always keep trying. It's hard to understand why you get such different answers from reservations but you do.

Just tried again...no standard rooms available at WL for Dec 1st (with AP discount). I will try again Monday.

I've been trying for a woods view since the disney visa discount was announced. I asked for anything available at WL or WLV and I keep getting the resounding NO.

If anyone hears of anything, let me know!
