Icon5 Can two people each pay half of the same reservation?

My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to the World for next October and are interested in booking a Magic Your Way plus Dinning package. Would it be possible for one of us to make the initial reservation and pay for half the package and then have the other call and pay the other half? I'm curious if this is possible because I live in Toronto, Canada and she lives in Gainesville, Florida. Both of our names would be on the reservation. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see why not!! I don't think Disney cares how they get their money!! But this is a question for Mickey!! You could PM him!

Ditto that. Mickey is the best person for this question but to add my 2 cents also, I can't see why they would have issues with it as long as the $$ is fully paid. I am sorry I can't help

Yes, on our past trip my parents came down and stayed for two nights and I called and payed for their room, as a surprise for their anniversary. Disney had no problem with it at all.

Re: Can two people each pay half of the same reservation?

Sure can! We've done that before...my mom paid the deposit, I called later and paid some more with my card, etc. I don't think it's a problem at all!

Like inluv said, I don't think Disney cares how they get their money!

Have a great trip - October is such a wonderful time to go!

I would think since both names are on the reservation and you both will have the reservation number either one of you should be able to call and pay for it. Just make sure you have the name, address, and phone number of the first name listed on the reservation, they always ask me to give them that info so they can make sure it's really me.
