deposit?

we made our ressies back in nov. for our upcoming jan.2007 trip. i recently had the FL res. discount applied to it and in the new info. i received from disney it is showing our original deposit paid and saying too that a deposit is due!! confused!!

tried to call, but they are not working this late.

anyone had this happen to them? i am thinking that i may just be looking at the paper and not seeing it as they want me to??!!

here's what it looks like on the paper:

Deposit Amount: $85.88
Deposit Due Date: 11/28/06
Amount Received: $111.87
Deposti Amount Due: $85.88

weird no??

my previous ressie conf. show Deposit Amt. Due: $.00

HELP ME..... I AM CONFUSED!! lol

Don't panic! Hopefully just a typo. Call Reservations tomorrow and they should be able to straighten everything out for you.

I'm sure it's just a mistake...

...call them tomorrow, and I bet they can work it all out for you! You certainly shouldn't have to pay a deposit twice, so it must be a typo!

Hmm the computer has been weird lately. It gave us two ressies (which was cool, but we can't be in two places at once ;) )

They'll get it fixed up real quick, they're good at that.

Sounds like a WDW boo-boo. Don't fret...just call them as soon as possible and get them to resend your information and read what's in the computer to you over the phone. It's going to be fine.

well i called this moring and the CM said that it was indeed a "typo" so to speak. that nothing else is due until check-in. but super glad i had to call....our room request location (specifically toy story building) and king bed request not noted. she said it must have been lest off in the switch over to the new system. she added those requests back and seems like we are all set.

BUT...make no mistake i will be double checking both my ADR's and resort ressie 2 weeks before we go and then a again 2 days before we go and maybe even on the way over!! LOL LOL LOL

Glad all was fixed for you!

Definitely double check all your reservations a few times before you go. I checked our ADR's on our last trip and there was one that they did not have, even though I had a confirmation number.

I think the computers sometimes have bad days too:)
