Ok, I am starting to panic!
Has anyone booked through Small World Vacations?? A friend of mine uses them all the time and recommended them to me. I did book through them and we arrive at Disney in 12 days. My problem is that when I called Disney today to check my reservations they do not have any under my name and said that the reservation number that I have is too short. They sent me to Walt Disney Travel, they again told me the same thing. I have a call into my planner but somebody please tell me this is normal. This is a surprise trip for our son and I don't want the surprise to be on us that we have no where to sleep!! Please tell me I am panicking for no reason!

I never did book a trip through them, just wanted to let you know I am crossing my fingers for you that it is just a mix-up and it will all be sorted out today!

Never used them but you need to call asap. Get on top of them and make sure to explain what happened when you called Disney to check up on the reservation.

I could be wrong (DW says I am more often than not), but I think you are required to go through your travel agent for any questions. I believe since they are acting as your agent only they can call and make changes. I think you may have a reservation number that you have between you and your travel agent and not one with Disney. Call your travel agent and check with them
I am sure you are OK.

I would totally be in panic mode too.
I am the person who checks checks and double checks to make sure I have all of my travel documents. It drives everyone else nuts, but I've never lost anything.

Just an update! I did call my trip planner and she said that the reservation is held under Small World Vacations name and not mine. She said that when we check in everything will be changed to my name! Thanks for the pixie dust! I feel like I need it!!
