I thought considering all of you make trips so often I would see if I am being unrealistic in getting to go for much less then what WDTC quoted me.

here is the booking layout:

Dec.19th-28th 2007

2 rooms at POP (suites are all booked up)

7day hopper pass

9 disney dining plan

this is for 2 adults and 4 kids ages-11, 8, 5, and 1 years old.

I did not book flight at this time one that its to soon and also I have heard I can get it cheaper on my own.


Total with tax came to- $4,176.62

can I get a better deal?

Have you tried mousketrips? If there is a better deal, they are the ones that will get it for you.

After my recent experiance I have to agree with Dana, make sure you try the folks at Mousekatrips!

I sent them what I posted above to see if they can get me a better deal I am waiting on a answer. I just wanted to see what anyone else thought. I guess I know I am on the right track. she tried selling me on the upgrade for the room . I passed on that at a extra 225.00 it would be. I did however request for lower level room , steps with the baby would be very annoying I think.

It sounds like a good deal to me according/compared with what mouseketrips quoted me.
It's in the ballpark, I would say and much less than on the Disney website

It doesn't seem out of line but if you book through Mouseketrips and there's a discount out there for your dates they will apply it for you and you won't have to worry about it.

Your price sounds about right. We're a family of 6 and with the same options as you, we're paying $3600 for 2 less night WITH the discount code. I would check with Mouseketrips ~ if they can beat it even by a few $$ it's worth it.

I have been looking at next winter prices for my family, and I think your price looks pretty good. The only place I can see where you might be able to save a few bucks would be to not buy hoppers--but that's the only place I see to save $$.

The only thing I'd be 'worried' about is if you book this and a discount comes out, can you rebook with the discount with whomever you are using to book through? Did that come out right, lol? I remember some people that had booked packages with AAA and Expedia were not able to rebook when the 'free dining' promo came out for late summer travel.

I would also try Small World Vacations. I found the link to them on Mousesavers.com. They have done everything for me, they even booked my Christmas dinner and our character dinner! Never hurts to get more than one quote!

I kinda figured I was fairly close to the best deal I could gget with going at that time of year.

Yes all the value suites are booked she seems to think its a large group that filled it at that resort. she told me once I book though if it opens I can transfer myself there with no penalty .

The WDT was suprised that it was full already a year from now as well. She kpet looking and said this is very very odd this soon.
I switched resorts so that if there is this big group I am not with them at the resort , plus I get to hop on one bus and not have to travel with a little one all over the place to finally reach our resort.
