Mailing packages to resort
I have some things I'd like to mail to the resort; how soon do I have to do that? We leave in three weeks. I've read that you put your confirmation number and date of arrival on the package, also. Any other mailing tips? Thanks!

Re: Mailing packages to resort
Pack the items very well and CLEARLY mark them. I have shipped stuff both ways with no problems. I alwasy use UPS and always follow the tracking number to make sure I know the date that the packages arrive.
Good luck!

Re: Mailing packages to resort
The other tip I would offer would be to let the hotel know you're sending the package so they are expecting it.

Re: Mailing packages to resort
I have shipped stuff twice and had no problems. I always put my arrival date and conf# on the package.
One tip....call and ask if there are certain hours you can pick up your package. At the Contemporary Resort your package is in the business center which is only open certain hours. I do not remember the hours, it was a few years back! Other resorts that do not have business centers may be different. |

Re: Mailing packages to resort
Also ask if the resort charges a holding fee. We had a box shipped to Coronado Springs Resort this year. It arrived 2 days before we did, and we had to pay around $16 to pick it up from the holding area.
