Well, yes and no. You can make room only reservations and add length of stay passes to the reservation. That is the normal procedure, and it is the same price as a dream maker.
For some reason, there are packages right now through CRO, both Dream Maker and with add-ons, but they end in July. I have never seen that before, and I have no idea if they will continue past the expiration date. Outside of those two options, all package reservations are made through WDW Travel.
