So, we're going but....
Last night, I called Disney to see if I could get a rate better than what I could find online.
NOPE.  I'm a little annoyed b/c I figured that we'd get a little something back after having taken 5 trips since 2003. Of course, they had the incorrect e-mail on file, something I tried to correct a couple of years ago and they had no idea how to fix it. Anyhoo, we're tentatively scheduled to go the first weekend in December for an extravagant stay at the GF, with concierge service!  In the meantime, we'll also be planning our next trip to Europr after having returned from Italy 3 weeks ago. I'll post something in chit-chat later this week.

SOmething might open up for Dec yet. I know how it is though, I once had a postcard rate that no one could figure out how to switch resorts because It had been applied once already. I ended up not going at all because it was an 800 difference...

Hey there matt! I am glad to see you are still scheduled to go to WDW, but so upset that you can't get a better rate. I know how you feel. I was forced to change my vacation dates to october due to a new job, and can't get anything...you would think they would put some kind of code on people's household that FREQUENTLY go there...oh well. I'm going regardless. Can't wait to hear about your trip to italy.

Code for people who frequently go? Reservations doesn't even know when my most recent stay was, or my last 4 recent stays. In 2006 they somehow were still showing me at my old address, the one I'd left 18 months before. They need some serious work in that department!

They have a code for people who go frequently????? We have been there 6 times since September 2003.......do they give some kind of discount? I've never heard of this.

I'm sorry,but I have a hard time feeling sorry for you. You're getting to stay at GF concierge when most of us here could never afford anything like that,and you're complaining you can't get a better rate????
