How often?

OK, who has been to Disney the most? How many times have you been the most in 1 year? I have been to Disney about 20 times in my life. I am working on going more often each year. My goal is about 2 to 3 times a year. One big trip(a week) and 2 small ones(2 to 3 nights).Also, what is your "must do" when you are there.

Oh I know I lost!

I only go once in a year and 2005/2006 was the first time I've gone in back to back years.

A must do for me personally is Spaceship Earth, I have good magical memories everytime I ride that ride.

I have been on 16 trips since 1997...going on #17 in August. The MOST I went in a year was 3 times (for a week or longer each trip). Since DH is SICK of going so much, I'm lucky I will get to go ONCE a year now!

I just went for the 1st time in 2005, then went again in 2006 & are going again in september this year. my family never went on vacations when i was a kid - i never had the opportunity or desire (I know, crazy talk) to go to wdw before I had kids. then, DH & I decided to go for a couple of days on a trip to see his grandma in FL in 2004. I got so hooked, I couldn't wait to go back! now, I want to go as often as possible, which unfortunately, is only once a year or so.

You need to add, "Requires a stay in a hotel", to this. There are some folks that go 50 times a year or more who live in the area. I go 3-4 times a year on one seasonal pass where I stay on site at one of the resorts. This past year was the first time I only went three times because I didn't have the time for my normal Dec. or Jan trip.

I have been almost every year since 1991 with the most in one year being 3 times. Not sure how many times total. The one thing I never miss is Illuminations. I have even stayed when everyone else went to the room because of the rain just to get one last look before we flew out the next day. It is something I absolutely love!

Our plan is to go twice a year, when my son is out of school, but we have not ruled out making some shorter trips also. Our must do is tower of terror and splash mountian. Our must see is without a doubt Illuminations

I've only been to WDW twice (once in 2002 then again in 2004).

I've been to DL so many times, though! I always end up going there with my friends or family so much that I go there at least 3 times every year. I don't complain, though.

hehe, ok, this should be fun. Well I went once per year from 1983-1994 (NEVER missed a year). Starting in 1995, and lasting until 2003, I would go on two Disney trips per year. From 2004-current I have been on 8 Disney trips, with 3 currently booked.

That puts me at a total of 41 trips in 23 years, and this is not even COUNTING all the little "one-dayers" I used to take and still occassionally do when visiting others in Florida. yikes

Oh, and my "must do" is making wishes in my favorite fountains.

I've honestly lost count.

We started in 1992 and went every year except one until 2000. So that would be 8 - then we bought into the DVC and our trips increased to two a year - but I remember some years we went three. So let's say 2x7 years= 14 (then add say two years going three times - so that would be 16+8= 24.

Yeah that sounds about right - 24 (but the one year we didn't go we went on the Disney cruise - so does that count? Then it would be 25.

But then we did the cruise again one of those years - so that would make it 26 or 24 WDW trips and 2 WDW cruises.

I have been to Walt Disney World 48 times and to Disneyland 3 times. My grandfather had owned land which he sold to Walt Disney. He took us down as soon as Disney World opened to see "what in the world anyone could do with swamp water". LOL He's been kicking himself in the butt ever since for selling it so cheap instead of getting lifelong accommodations or tickets for the family. LOL My cousin has the copy of the check and letter from Walt Disney hanging in his house.

The most I've been in one year is 4 times.

My must do each trip is just soaking up the atmosphere and magic of Disney.

Turnwrench went to DW/DL 5 times last year, and since we live in Utard, he had to stay in a hotel every time.

It's kind of hard to get there when you live in Texas but I have made my fair share of trips. My ultimate goal is to have stayed at least once in each Disney Resort (but as you can see, we're very partial to the POP Century

)
