Well, this is actually my sister's idea:

A Tipton Hotel (from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody). It doesn't have to be at WDW. It could actually be in Boston (actually setting of the show) or something. But there are so many kids and preteens who love that show, it would be a hit.

Great idea, a Villian/Hero value resort set up like the All-Stars and Pop Century. That would go well next door to the "rumored" Coaster/Thrill ride park.

I'd like to see a fifth moderate resort. Maybe theme it like San Francisco apartments/condos or the Art Deco Miami apartments/condos. Something like that would make sense with the American theming like New England Martha's Vineyard/Newport theme of Yacht/Beach Club, New Orleans theme of POFQ, Old South theme of POR, Southwest U.S./Mexico theme of Coronado and Atlantic City theme of Boardwalk. SSR has Upstate New York covered, can't do Hawaii 'cause Poly has the South Pacific theming which is too close to a Hawaiian theme and OKW has the Florida Keys theming. So, logical choice would be something like Miami, San Fran or maybe an Alaskan theme.

I think it was like a month or two ago when I was at Disney with one of my buddies... We were riding on a bus heading to MGM and as we got close this kid asked his dad, "what is that building?." And he replied it's one of Disney's numerour hotels. Their other kid said, "I think it's a ride." And their dad preceded to argue that is was a hotel. He said it so definitive that I didn't detect any sarcasm or jokingness to the tone. Then when the bus came around his the dad said, "see it says Hollywood Tower Hotel." I looked at my buddy and was biting my lip trying not to laugh. He had the most dumbfounded look on his face. Surprisingly, I didn't correct him. I usually would, but I thought I'd let them figure it out on their own.

When we got off the bus we were dying. My buddy thought the same thing, that the father was dead serious and was mindset it was a real hotel. We sat there talking for a while how cool it'd be to have a room there. I made the comment to him, "Imagine staying at the Hollywood Tower Hotel and having a balcony room to watch the New Years firework show at MGM."

With all that said. I think the novelty is better left for the ride vs. turning it into a resort. But, I'd still stay there nonetheless!

I think a Villian/Hero value would be great.

And I don't think we're going to see another moderate or deluxe being built at WDW. The money is in the values and DVC. So - for a new DVC I would like....hmmm.....I can't think of anything - I'm so content with things the way they are now.
