2008 Room Rates are out

I was just on disneyworld.com and you can now book 2008 rooms. I checked for the Poly for a Mon - Sat in January and the rate was $340 for Mon-Fri and $360 for the Saturday night. Last year the same days would have been $329 per night.

Woohoo... Boardwalk standard rooms for $325/night in March!

WL was less expensive... might have to check into them (only the location isn't as convenient for us - we're heavy walkers). I've always wanted to stay there.

Monorail resorts are convenient and all, but none of them really appeal to me... maybe the Poly.

Ok called and the rates for value season the wekends are not higher -Yippie!

I just booked for next year 12/1-12/11 with BASIC dining package and tickets hopper passes for 6 of us at ASM Suites this time ( never been to a value resort) total was $4700.00.

Not to bad I don't think

hope next year they have a discount but we have ALOT of time for that.

I called Disney once I knew the prices were out to see if they had the AAA rates yet and I was told the package rates were out but not the AAA room only rates.

I wish there was a room where you could sleep six. The DVC jumps from studio and one-bedroom, which sleeps four, to two-bedrooms that sleep eight. I want six!

Find a couple friends to come with and have them split the cost of the room

Last time I was at ASM, I was talking to the gift shop manager and she was SO EXCITED about the suites . . . she said they are FANTASTIC! Can't wait to hear what you think!
