How far in advance can I make reservations?
I am planning on taking the family in mid-May 2004. To try get better pricing, when would be the best time for me to start scoping for deals and making reservations?

For May, 2004, you can actually book now if you really wanted to. What I would suggest is to book your room when the 2004 rates are released this summer, and then when discounts are released next Spring, rebook at the lower rate. No since doing it now, you will only have to pay a bigger deposit, and availability won't change between now and July when rates are released.
