Need an expert opinion here... I was relocated to the Poly from POFQ at a reduced price. Has my room location already been chosen? I guess what I am asking is do you think when they assign desirable room locations (like recently refurbished rooms) those people who are paying full price get those rooms while people who have discounted rooms get some of the older rooms or non- balcony rooms? I suppose that would be fair to those who paid top $. But if this is the case then should I stop agonizing over which longhouse to request??

Disney doesn't assign specific rooms until a couple of days in advance. I don't think they care what amount you paid for the room, since they are all basically the same in their eyes. Go ahead and make your request.


(We always pay the cheapest rates available at many of the Disney resorts, and our room assignment isn't any different that a person who paid full price.)

I like Tahiti, but it may be the concierge longhouse when you get there. Anything on that side is great.

dab, that website is actually where they told me that the relocation rooms have already been decided. I was looking at Aeroteara or Samoa.
