Do you have a budget in mind for how much you are willing to spend?

With 12, you are a bit limited. I would suggest either four rooms at the All-Stars or at one of the moderates. Disney has a great deal right now, the Fairytale package. If you stay 4 nights, you get 3 free, including park passes. It ends up being about a 43% discount if you stay 7 nights.
You could also look at a grand villa at Old Key West, but the cost would be about 3 times what the rooms at the All-Stars would be. Oh ya, welcome to DisneyCentral!
