always mardi gras?
we usually go to WDW in March every year, and we stay at POFQ. The kids love it because they get beads and coins at the quick service restaurant... Do they do this throughout the year... or is it really just celebrated here just like the real Mardi Gras? (Does that make any sense?.... Say if we went in August-would the kids still get beads?)

If I throw beads from the catwalks in front of the rooms Mardi Gras style do pretty women flash?
Seriously though, I didn't notice any beads or coins when we were there over Labor Day. That's not to say they weren't, it only says I didn't see it.

When we were that last July there were lots of 'coins' in the fountain so I'm guessing they were being handed out over the summer.

I remember staying at POR in the October and getting coins and possible some beads, I think it might depend on the CM etc
