I need help with a surprise.....

Hi all! I wanted to surprise my family with some re fillable mugs to be in the room waiting for us when we arrive. Does anyone know how I can set that up? I called Disney and they directed me to disney florist that had no clue what I was talking about. I was wondering perhaps a CM can help me out. I am willing to pay whatever it takes.. Thanks..

not sure to be honest. Maybe call the resort direct and ask reception if they can help? Good luck though, it's a really nice idea

think about it. The mugs are available right there in the resort. Why not, if you want to spend money like crazy, let them put something fun up there from the gift shop or the florist.

PM Rowdy Raider or llama. Her daughter works at Disney and Rowdy's a CM. I'd bet if anyone could get them into your room,they(Rowdy & L's daughter)could.

I started to Pm him but then backed out.. Good idea but I dont know if I should.. I think I will just get them in the food court when we get there and sneak them into the room or something..

I think the room is actually chosen for you as the next available that meets your reservation. Meaning, they won't know which room to put it in until you actually check in. What I would do is order them now and have them available for pickup when you check in.

I cant order them. The CM keeps giving me Disney florist and they dont do the refillable mugs.
