towel animals

Maybe a stupid question but here goes. what do you do with the towel animals? do you take pictures of them then use them? do you take them home with you? or do you set them in your window until you leave?

Sometimes we take pictures of them then use them and sometimes just use them. I would assume anyone taking them home would be charged for stealing the towel and/or wash cloth.

I usually just take a picture of it and set it on display until we leave. If I took it would just be stuffed in a drawer or closet somewhere.

I have never had a towel animal before. I dont think anyone would be charged for stealing the washcloth. They dont keep tabs on it like that. I once took a washcloth to MK because it was so hot and I left it there. Nothing happened

DD has taken home 2 of the towel animals left by the mouse keeper as she was told by the nice lady that it was a gift for her. We passed the mouse keeper in the hall and she told DD that she had left a gift for her in the room.

They were both wash cloths. I don't think I would take anything larger than a wash cloth though.

The ones on the cruise were awesome. I took pics, but left the towels to be transformed for the next evening.

Maybe this is a questions for the Mom's Panel.

We have only gotten towel animals a few times. We have taken pics of them, and displayed them in the room windows. We have not taken them home. I don't feel as though they should be taken home.

I appreciate the effort the mousekeepers put into that but it's more stuff to clog up the room. Not something I seek.

We were staying at the BCV last summer, and in the lobby, they had some Mouse Keepsers making towel animals for the kids, like a balloonist would do.

Does anyone have any photos of your towel animals that would be willing to post? We have never received any, but our stuffed animals had some fun with mousekeeping.
