Concierge Question
So this is just a random "wondering" on my part: If you're staying in "Club" or "Concierge" or whatever at a resort, can the Concierge Desk get you ADRs that you couldn't get on your own? Last minute reservations, for example?
Obviously I don't have enough to do, so I have to ponder the Big Questions in Life. ![]()

Re: Concierge Question
The short answer is usually yes, but it also depends on what resort you're in and where you want to eat.
Concierge has the most pull in their home resort. From what I've been told, monorail concierge CMs can usually get you into other monorail resort restaurants with less trouble. I believe a similar arrangement is in place for Yacht/Beach/Boardwalk. All have less pull getting you a difficult reservation in the parks (read this as, they probably won't do much better than you have getting into le Cellier). I am talking here about making reservations once you've already arrived. On the other hand, as a concierge guest, you have access to the Itinerary Planning Office as soon as you've made your reservation, and from personal experience, this was the ONLY way I was able to book a boat for an Illuminations cruise on the night I wanted. The IPO will help you make all of your dining reservations and also give you guidance if you don't know what you're doing. This is perhaps an even bigger advantage to staying at club level than the food and drink in the lounge. IPO is also available to book any tours or other activities you might be interested in, up to and including helping you get hold of tickets for shows at Hard Rock Live. Yes, you'll pay the ticket broker for the service, but IPO and concierge can help you make these plans as well.

Re: Concierge Question
Thanks for the info! Somehow, I thought you might be the one to have an answer.

Re: Concierge Question
Considering how many times we've booked club level (all but GF, and we've never stayed there at all), I'd say that was a safe bet.
