CSR is getting pretty close to offering everything a deluxe offers. Except for next to park locations.

Casitas 2 is done and that they are currently working on both Casitas 1 and 3. These are the last two buildings! They seem to be way ahead of schedule.

# La marina will now be closed until Labor Day.

Thanks Buzz. I heard rumor they want CSR to become a deluxe resort. Have you heard anything? I do like the fact you can check your lugage there and not have the hassle of doing it at the airport.

They will be charging the $5.00 per night in 2010 but I don't think they can get deluxe rates for it. Deluxe people like everything in one building and CSR is very spread out.

La Marina reopened two weeks early, on Monday, August 24th.

All room renovations are complete and life is back to normal at CSR!!

That's good to know. We're there for 5 days next month.
I'm hoping for Casitas. I don't care so much about the pool complex, but location wise when it comes to buses, they are strategically located.

We got back Oct. 29 from our first stay at CSR in 2 years and loved the Queen beds,
the wide screen TV's, and the doors between the dressing area and beds.
We were in 8B next to the quiet pool and the laundry.
I remembered why I love this resort!

I just got back too . . . and KUDOS to Disney!! Fantastic job on the redo! We LOVED it!!! I started my TR out with high praises!!

So we just spent another 5 days at CSR.
Oddly enough, we were in the room right next to the room we had last time, 2452/2453 Casitas 2. Good access to main building and bus stops 1 and 2 plus a view of Everest in the distance.
