Re: buzz's CSR info thread

As long as it'll still be general-Southwestern themed, I'm happy. I'm not too thrilled about Finding Nemo becoming the theme of a chunk of Caribbean Beach (love it as a movie, not interested in it as an immersive environment). "Pirates" is still general enough to fit CBR without being movie-specific, but I think I will still miss the classic CBR, so I really hope that CSR stays more or less the way it is, theme-wise. (I'd still like some hidden Mickeys in the bedspreads and curtains, though!) I would not be too pleased if the whole place suddenly became Three-Caballeros-themed or such (though I liked the topiary as an accent).

My favorite resort! We might stay there again next year after venturing out to other resorts the last couple of years. Always end up back where you like it the most.

Plus, this took place in Australia, not the Caribbean.

Newsflash!!

Several of our buildings already have the queens in them. As of now, Ranchos 6B, 7A, and 7B have them.

Re: buzz's CSR info thread

I think the queen beds are being done outside of the rehab. The beds are being installed now as this is considered ongoing maintenance.

What about the king beds? Does anyone know if they are replacing those to be like the ones in the Deluxe Resorts. I heard they are great!

Re: buzz's CSR info thread

There are currently 124 king rooms and they are adding 100 more so that's a good question. I'll see if I can found out anything.

All of the Ranchos have the queen beds now.
Just last week, they started work on Casitas 4 & 5.

True!! One might as well do Nemo for Port Orleans Riverside because it has a river (and therefore water) in it.
