It was the middle of the day when we wanted to go. So I'm not sure what the hold up was.

Just got back from AKL, and the bus system was fine. I loved that we didn't share with any other resorts!! Also, we actually overheard one of the bus drivers, and they apparently are trying some new system to try to make their bus system more efficient. Seemed to work fine to me!

I've stayed at the GF and AllStar, and honestly, I think the buses ran more regularly to and from the AllStar. The GF also uses monorail and water launch transportation, so I think the buses are a bit ignored. It's a hit or miss with all resorts. Just depends....

Never had much of a wait at the Poly. We even had a bus stop and take us to Hollywood Studios even though it was supposed to go somewhere else. The TTC makes life easy as does the monorail.

From what I have been reading, sounds like WDW has been cutting back on transportation as a cost saving measure.
