Making Multiple Room Reservations
Has anyone made multiple room reservations? How did you do it by phone, online, etc? Can you request that rooms be close to each other online (I love booking online).
For May 2009, my dad is taking 7 people in our family to WDW. He is footing the bill for everyone (room, tickets, dining plan). We want to stay at Poly so we would need 3 rooms. I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to do this.

What,dad is footing the bill,can I come too. Ya know I thought since dad was paying for everything and its the Poly,well,I thought you would'nt mind an extra tag along. Ha,Ha.

I've always booked multiple rooms by phone. This way they have the ability to somehow "tag" them together. We've always asked for connecting rooms and specific room locations and they have always granted our requests.

Anyways, to answer your question... I think all you have to do is tell them that you are making reservations for a large party and what you are looking for and they will make the request to take care of your preferences, but as they always say, they can't guarentee anything!

We have reserved rooms by both phone and a travel agent. Have had no problems getting connecting rooms. Enjoy the Poly, it's my most favorite!

I've always booked rooms by phone and we've always gotten connecting rooms. They will tell you it's only a request but they will work hard to at least get you close together.
