Sorry that you were disappointed with the Poly! We felt sort-of the same when we stayed there last September. I think because I built it up so much in my mind. But now looking back on it, (if we didn't own dvc) I'd stay there again in a heartbeat and I think I was just being overly critical (we had some SUPER noisy neighbors at midnight and the walls were like paper and it just didn't sit well with us--plus the fact that we were told when we checked in that my in-laws would have that room-with the noisy neighbors--and we had to move to a different longhouse and we lost our balcony!). Overall we did have a great time and it was so beautiful and so convienent to MK and Epcot!

We had awesome bus service the few times we used it and we experienced the same with the pool too!! It was freezing while we were in it in September!!!
