Deb Wills has photos on her web site allears.net showing the new restaurant, pool, check-in area, fitness center, and guest rooms of the new Kidani Village DVC resort.
There are also a few pictures of the Tree Houses near Saratoga Springs.

Now is this just for DVC members only? How about the Treehouse Villas??

Tree House Villas are an extension of Saratoga Springs Resort.
Kidani Village is a DVC resort however you can stay there if you want and pay for the room in cash. There are also ways of renting points from DVC members and staying that way.
The restaurant is available to everyone.
