Silly fridge question

We are staying at a mod. for the first time. Does anyone know if the fridge in the mod is the same size as the ones at SSR in the studio?

I don't have any facts, but in my mind the ones at DVC's are bigger.

Re: Silly fridge question

They're all exactly the same size no matter which hotel, no matter which price level.
Only the DVC villas have full sized refrigerators.

Actually a DVC Studio Villa has a regular, small fridge.

True, you don't get a full sized fridge unless you get a full sized kitchen and they only come with the one and two bedroom DVC suites.

Re: Silly fridge question

Make sure you bring a screw driver or tweezers to turn the temp up. They take the knobs off and they leave it cool not cold. I learned this to keep my beer cold XXXX I mean milk cold!

Amen to that....my "milk" needs to be COLD As for the question, the fridges at POFQ seem to be the same size as the ones I had at both OKW and SSR (both studios).

I've never gotten a refrigerator that was missing the temp knob. However, they are almost universally touchy when setting the temp so it's cooler. I too have had liquids and cold cuts freeze.

We haven't either. In fact, we adjust the temperature slowly until we get it just right--very cold but not freezing.

Re: Silly fridge question

Maybe it's just me, but I think they look like different sizes from these pictures. Maybe things have changed since these were taken????

Also the picture from POR, the fridge doesn't appear to have a freezer. I know we had a tiny freezer (space for about 4 water bottles) at BWV.

Re: Silly fridge question

Yeah, they do look different. We always had plenty of space though at both mods and DVC.
