Best Video Arcade

My boys wanted me to ask this question - they always want to know what I am doing on the computer and I tell them asking LOTS of questions about Disney!

Which resort has the best video arcade?

We are planning an afternoon at DisneyQuest, do the video games there take quarters or tokens? I thought I read somewhere that you can purchase a card (?) that allows play.

How about resort arcades - quarters or tokens? Are dollar changing machines in the arcades?

Thanks from me and my three video game junkies!

Most of the video games at Disney Quest are included with the entrance fee. Come to think of it, I don't remember any video games you had to pay for! But I could be wrong...:dazed :hmmm

As for resorts, I am not too sure, since I have only stayed at the All Stars, but each of those resorts has an arcade. But I think you will find the best at Disney Quest! ;)

I have never been to Disney Quest, but from what I have seen all the arcades at the resorts are great ..even the All Star resorts.. Unless its better now I remember the arcade at the poly being a little small, the one at AKL was much the same as the ones at the All Stars

I would think though that like iluvwdw, said the boys would like Disney Quest best of all.

Nevr done Disney Quest but want to when my sons are a little older.

We stayed at the Poly but went to the arcade in the Contemporary. I remembered it from when I was in Junior high years ago, so I took my sons and it is still huge. They had a great time.

For the resort arcades, the Contemporary wins hands down!

I asked the three gamers in my house and they all agree it is the Contemporary. We always plan a trip over there to play no matter where we are staying.

The first time I ever stayed at the Contemporary was when I was about 8 years old (eons ago!:nooo: ). Anyway, I was always up at the crack of dawn and my parents wanted to sleep (yes, my children are now torturing me in this manner). One morning my dad told me to go to the video game arcade downstairs and to take a dollar...well, thinking I would be clever, I tried to take two dollars and BUSTED! :bandit  Dad said, "Hey, put it back!" To this day, I don't know how he knew because he never opened his eyes! :hmmm

Definitely, I think the Contemporary has the best arcade!:)
