Questions about CBR

I am beginning to write my room request letter for my Oct trip and I am so confused:dazed about the layout of the CBR. I have seen somewhere a map of CBR that shows the resort as it sits behind Epcot, does anyone know what I am talking about?

Anyway maybe some of you can help me decide on the building location...I want to be close to a small pool, playground, beach, laundry room and have a beach view of the fireworks at Epcot. What building can get me all that! Also would like to be sort of close to OPR but not top priority since we will have a car. Any help will be appreciated so I can stop obsessing and check this item off my list!:laugh 1 down only one million to go! Ohh hears another question...what size are the beds?

This board has been great, I have learned so much! You all do a wonderful job! I am glad I found you:love:

your best buildings might be Aruba or Jamacia ( we are asking for Jamacia) You can see Space Ship Earth from these building if you are in one that has a view of the parking lots.,so you would see the fireworks .. you can also watch the fireworks from the main pool area at night too. the small pools and laundry rooms are together ...so if your near the pool you are also near the laundry room for that Island.
all things considered Jamaica or Aruba might be just what you want .. you only have to cross the bridge to get to OPR, and there is a playground in the middle of the bridge.

Hey! IMHO...
In June we stayed in the Martinique(sp?) in building 5 and loved its location (building 6 would have been the best building IMO). We were just a hop, skip, and a jump from OPR (Old Port Royale) and close to the big attraction pool. The beach/lake was 25 feet away. Another thing...the bus stops...we were third on the list of stops to be picked up by the transportation buses, which ensured us a seat to a theme park on crowded buses.
:D

I too would say Jamaicca or Aruba, we stayed in Jamaicca building 46 in March and loved it! We were facing the parking lot but could see the Epcot fireworks from out window. Jamaicca was the FIRST bus stop so we always had a seat going to the parks. The quiet pool was only like a 2 minute walk away. We loved it!! Oh by the way we were on the second floor which gave a better view of the fireworks.

When I was researching this Mickey recommned buildings 45, 46, 47. So that is what I requested and I got 46!

I AGREE! We have stayed in Martinique every time but one, and are staying there again!;)
