POR early check ins

We have a dreadfully awful time that we are flying but got tickets roundtrip from Colorado for $150 so we decided to jump at it!!

READY ....we leave Colorado at 12:40 AM and arrive in Orlando at 7:50AM:dazed !!!! We figured that way we get a whole extra day out of it, however, we figure we will need a nap during the day!! Does anyone have experience with trying to get into your room before 3pm check in?? Is it possible? Can we leave our luggage somewhere or do we have to leave it in our rental car??

Always try to check in to your resort as soon as you get there. If your room isn't ready, they will store your luggage for you.

You can go directly to your resort and check-in. They will store your luggage and any groceries for you. Instead of making specific building/room requests, I suggest you ask for the first available room as that seems to be the most important preference for you. If your room is not ready early, you could always find a nice chair poolside and nap.

I agree, and to add to what was just said, call, and have the rservationist note that you want an EARLY check-in on your reservation.
It's not a guarantee, but it can't hurt to call and tell them.
