When we check in, do we get maps and show time guides to all the parks or is this something we have to pick up from each individual park?

Is it a daily show time guide or are they published weekly?

The compulsive planner in me wants all the information in our room from the start, so that if the planning urge over takes me at 2:00am I can take one of the kids mini disney flashlights and research and plan, plan, plan!

At WL there were park maps at guest services. I would bet the other resorts have the same thing. Good luck!!

You get them at check in. Their is a brochure Disney Time and Information it covers a two week span. See attached image. I have brochure and maps for AK, MGM, and Epcot. I'll be glad to send them too you if you want them just PM me.

Hey Thanks DC'ers. I had planned on neatly typing out all the park schedules and show times from the web sites to include in my passporter. But since somebody else has already done the work, I'll just reap the benefits! The guides and maps will make neat souveniers too. I am afraid that my 8 year old has got the planning gene from me - he carried a map and totally directed our day at Cedar Point amusement park on our recent vacation!

I still have yet to figure out how I will fit it all in during our 8 day trip...

Remember WDW post park hours on its website It also list fireworks and parade times. Mickey has the link to it under Oct hours.

Isn't planning fun!! I love planning for our trips. We are not going till Nov and I have every day plans, PS's, PS #. Welcome gifts for the kids planned with concierge staffers.

Now its time for me to start switching my efforts from WDW planning to doing my lesson plans for the upcoming school year. I can't believe school starts in just two weeks.

Now you made me feel better. Tell your DW Good Luck and wish her a great year with perfect children. Our DC district is opening a two brand new schools they are both so beautiful. The elementary school will open 9/4 and the middle school will open after the Christmas break.

I am having trouble in my genetics class - chi square analysis is very confusing to me :dazed :D

School resumes in our county next Monday. My grad classes start that night too. Where did summer go?
