Doing a happy dance!

We booked WL in October for the Fair Tale Vacation, when we really waned the Contemporary. We have been trying every day to get in to Contemporary. Today we were lucky enough to get Cordelia on the phone, and she was able to make our "dream come true". We love WL, but now traveling with an infant, we wanted monorail convenience. Just had to tell everyone how happy we all are. (Our 6 yr old DD is thrilled to be staying in the 'monorail hotel').

Congratualtions Goofy.

It is great to stay in the monorail resorts w/ children because of the convinience. We stayed in the POly in June with our DSs, 3 & 6, and had a great time. We would sometimes just go ride the monorail aound for fun. Be sure to try and get to sit up front with the drivers and get an honorary monorail drivers license.

That's wonderful news Goofy!!! Its great to see that persistence can pay off... I'd love to see pix of the resort... If you think about it, take some to post on the resort pix thread.

Congrats! You will enjoy having the monorail or also being able to walk over to MK from the Contemporary. Its the only place I've stayed but I love it!

We are staying at the POR this time but I wish we could have done a monorail resort. Maybe next time!:D

Oooh, how exciting!!! I know exactly how you feel about getting the resort you want, because last year we spent HOURS on the phone after finding out they were shutting down the CBR...and in the end, we got a room at the Poly! HOORAY! :D :D Now your trip just looks even more exciting, doesn't it???

I'll be sure to take plenty of pix and post them (being a scrapbooker, I take loads of pictures!)

We have the "Monorail Driver's License" from our last trip, but we'll try again. We'll have to get our DS his first license!

Mmouse, that dance pic is hysterical. MY DD said that that was what mommy looked like yesterday when she hung up the phone, LOL.
