Concierge ?

I stayed at the Wilderness Lodge concierge in July (first time on concierge level) and I really liked it. I happened to be in the Orlando area on business and just stayed at the resort (annual passholder) so I didn't mind the room wasn't as big as I would have liked it and the balcony was one you had to stand up to see out of - but a perfect view of the MK fireworks. However, I am now planning my December trip with my husband (yes I'm still waiting for the AP rates). We like to stay at the GF, but I've been disappointed the last two years there because their service seems to be declining. How is the GF concierge level? Is the food offering the same as they have at WL? How about the Beach Club Concierge? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and Welcome. We are staying at the BC concierge in Nov. They by far have the greastest planners. There is a thread posted on dis where a woman (Cassie) is giving live comments about the BC concierge. She actually there on vacation and she's giving daily updates.

Sounds like from Cassie the BC has wonderful service. I know the service we have gotten pre-trip has been wonderful. I have not stayed at the GF so maybe some one else can give info on their concierge.

Thanks for the response. Since the AP rates came out today, and they didn't have any concierge at the GF available, I switched to the BC Concierge....I'm looking forward to trying the BC.
