All-Stars Air Conditioners

Hello,
I have a technical question. My wife and I have stayed at All-Star-Movies twice in the last 3 years. It is always around early December. My question is regarding the Air Conditioning units. Are these accually A/C units or some sort of Heat exchange system? I usually keep our house between 68 to 70 degrees year around. Both times we stayed at All-Stars, I have not been able to get the room temp down below 75. I'm definatly taking a small fan with me this time.

Just courious,
Chris C.:nervous

They are actually AC units that have heating units (I don't know what the technical name is, would have to ask DH who used to work in the industry)

I think it depends on the room, but I do know they will send Maintenance out to check it out if you call down. They will also offer to move you.

Or, move over to Sports in the Touchdown Building, third floor over the field... we've frozen in three of the rooms on that floor!! Brrr...!!

When we stayed there last July (HOT!) I had the room so cold, you could hang beef!, but then my DW yells.
Never had a problem at All Stars Music.

Always call maintenance on things like this. My wife and I had a similar problem at another hotel, and there was a mechanical problem with the AC system in our wing of the hotel. Our room was about 85 degrees, and we were the only ones to call on the problem! Sometimes people don't speak up enough...
