I stayed at Pop Century the weekend after New Year's. It is a wonderful resort!

I don't think there are any bad locations at Pop Century. The way the buildings have been placed make anywhere just a short walk from the main lobby, bus stops, and food court/shop. There are pools near every building.

Pop Century buildings are 4 stories tall and yes, there are elevators in each building.

But I would ask for one anyway. Ground Floor saves time on lots of different levels for us. We all know how precious time is at Disney (Fastpasses, Priority Seating, Express Checkout)
