Complaint letter

Hey everyone. Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I just wanted to ask you all if you had a Walt Disney World address/contact name that I could send a complaint letter to? My family stayed at the Poly recently and were surprised to see dirty rooms and generally a lack of attention to detail. Very un-Disney. I had to make a list of about 20 items that needed cleaning/repair in the room and give it to the front desk.

Thanks for the help!

Mike

I am so disappointed to hear you say that! I just stayed at the Poly the first week of December and it was by far, the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. And EVERYTHING was so clean and in working order! I had nothing but praise for this resort! We stayed in Tahiti...which building did you stay in? I will be sure not to stay in that one!:dazed

I would like to suggest that you write a real letter to follow up the email if you are going to email them. I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at the Poly :( and I hope you feel satisfied after you contact Disney

Thanks for the info...I'll send out a letter tonight.

We stayed in Tokelau. I loved everything about the resort, except for the rooms. My parents were staying in the room next to us and they had a dirty room too. Even after I made up a list of about 20 items that needed cleaning/repair, it still took them a couple days to fix up the room.

The craziest thing we saw was a bottle of strong cleaning solution left by the maids sitting next to our toilet for about three days. We don't have kids, so it wasn't much of an issue, but imagine if someone did have kids and a kid got into the cleaning solution? Just the fact that it was sitting on the floor next to the toilet for three days without a maid noticing it and removing it shows me that they really didn't pay much attention to the cleaning of the room.

Be sure and send in that letter. we had a problem a few years ago at wilderness lodge . After sending a letter we recieved a phone call and they even sent my daughter some disney dollars to make up for the hassle we had with managers.

GOOD LUCK

I would def write a letter and send an email too. I would also send a letter to the corp. HQ at the address below, you can even make it to the Attn of Michael Eisner. This is one of the issues Roy Diseny is facing with Eisner's micro managing and the upkeep of parks and resorts.

The Walt Disney Company
500 S. Buena Vista Street
Burbank, CA 91521-0752

You can also email 3 of the board members by going to www.savedisney.com, then to "contact us" and on the right side you can email right from that page, the board members are

George Mitchell - Presiding Director

Judy Estrin - Chair of the Compensation Committee

John Bryson - Former Chair of Governance & Nominating Committee
