Quick Opinion!!!

Help again!!

Is there any difference between All-Star Movies and All-Star Music? I know the theming is different but is there anything else?

Jennifer :)

I think it's all in the theming. The two are close together and I took walks through the resorts often when I stayed at the Music. If you like the large character icons, go with Movies. I personally liked the Music more. But they seemed to be both about the same.

well the bus route is not something to really consider, when a driver is dispatched to the allstars they are told if they are going to all 3 and how to go they go 3 different ways and the route they take depends on many factors from what I've been told. also while I have no info to back it I have heard rummors on the internet that once POFQ reopens they will close the oldest allstar resort for rehab and the the second oldest and the third oldest.

Movies is more popular and always lots harder to book rooms in. It will always be fuller (is that a word? My English teacher mother would be horrified...) than Sports and thus the pool, food court, etc. will be more crowded.

We linke the Movie resort better because my son likes the shooting fountains that he can play in. Movies is the only All Star that has the fountains.

Other than that the only real difference is theming.

I booked my trip with a local Travel Agent. I had to call her yesterday to ask about some changes. She told me of a special that she had. I don't know if it is a Disney special or if it was with the tour company or where it came from. She called it a Spring Special (?) If you book at the All-Star Music it is cheaper than the other All-Stars. Originally we were booked at Movies. By going with this "package" if figured today that I saved $350 to $400!! This is probably to get more people to stay at Music. As long as I have a place to lay my head at night and a pool for my kids to swim in...I'm good!!

I am so psyched!!!

I want it to April NOW!!! :D

You're probally right. They may be trying to get people into Music. All Star's is All Star's...either one works for me. I enjoyed both of my stays there equally and actually had a better room at the Music then I did at Movies. Your turn to go will come up fasterthan you think.....start making some Ps's ..that always helps with Disney anticipation...for me anyway. Also, consider getting the ne Passporter. It's a great guide and an awesome way to keep you resverations and ps numbers together. You can take notes for your trip report (hint hint) and you can even work out your spending budget in the worksheets...money well spent IMHO. Happy planning!!:)

Thanks Dana!! I have been looking for the Passporter since Christmas. I was going to get one for my parents and myself. Maybe they were not out yet? :hmmm

Last time we went we stayed at Sports. My boys loved it being BIG sports fans and all!! We thought we would try Movies this time and MAYBE Music next time. This have changed!!! :D Now I have an excuse to go again.......soon!!

I plan something almost everyday!! I have made copys of different types of activities, to make activity books for everyone, all 14 of us!! Then I have to make (bind) 6 journals for the kids that are going. All of this should keep me real busy for a while, at least every weekend! Then my work is keeping me busy too. Overtime for extra spending $$!! If I just keep busy the time should just fly right on by!!
