Yes, it is warm enough in mid-November to use the pools.

Pop Century does have luggage assistance.

There is no bad location at Pop Century. The buildings have been placed so that all building locations are convenient to the food court/bus stop. Well, maybe that one 50's building that is the farthest out is not. But I never walked over to that building to find out. :)

if your pointed in the wrong direction you won't see anything on disney property. the only possible sites are the top of the spcot ball and maybe the TOT but I wouldn't hold my breath on being able to see them as they will be quite small. I've never stayed there so I can't say yes or no on the 4th floor. however there are elevators there.

mickeymamma has a map linked on her review of PC.
that might help you mouseof3 .. it has help me decide what buildings I think I would like to be in.
I remember back when CBR was young the trees were not so high and you could see Space Ship Earth from the CBR ..you can still see the top of it at night ..so DH and I think it might be possible to see it from a fourth floor at the PC.. but will know more in march!!!

ohh the link to the thread with the map and some great pictures

we had considered some time at CBR

however i see everyone says its so far from the pool and there is tons of walking to get to things like food, that it seemed as if it would be annoying ( if its as far as i have heard from things). i wanted to split the trip inhalf at both but i may just go to PC. i figure if i walk the entire day god knows when i get back i will not want to walk 15 minutes fora snack. thanks for help

For PC, I recommend the 70's building B. It is the closest to the main building and a short walk to the pool.

If you want a view, I am not sure what you would be able to see, but a view of the courtyards i kind of nice - looking at the stuff between the buildings, I mean. Just keep in mind that this hotel is built with exterior corridors so you will be looking out your window through the walkway to see your view.

As for the rest, I see MickeyRon already listed the link to my review and picutres.
