YES!! He went for it!
Whoohoo! It's official. Whatever money Ryan and I get at our wedding reception is going straight toward WDW APs!! This will make us AP holders at both Disneyland and WDW! :D
I can't believe he went for the idea so quickly...I figured he'd hesitate, but he said it was a great idea! Now we're already planning 2 potential trips. Late September/Early October: a joint birthday trip (my b-day is 9/18, his is 10/3)--thinking of staying at Pop Century Late November/Early December: a holiday trip--thinking of staying at POR Yay, I'm so excited! Now I actually have something to look forward to while we live in bleary Oregon for the next who-knows-how-long...:hmmm

Excellent! Congrats on your wedding! And getting your APs. We just activated our APs on 4-2. Used it for 7 days. And we are going back for about 8-9 days next March. We are trying to squeeze in one more trip, maybe Oct! Crossing my fingers!

thats great .. not that any one needs a reason to go back to WDW as much as possible ..but having AP's makes it so much easier to find a reason :)

Thanks guys. :) I am just soooooo excited, because I know that once we have the APs, going to WDW will be much easier! We can almost always find great airfare deals through Southwest, and with the AP discounts on WDW resorts, it can't be beat! I am so glad to know that I will be able to get my Disney fix several times between now and when we finally get to move to FL!

Great job!! Congratulations!! Good thing you are marrying him, he sounds like a great catch! LOL ;) :D
A bi-coastal annual passholder? I am sure you are in a very unique group! Although we have moved 1600 miles away from WDW (sniff  ), I am thinking we may be better off getting those annual passes anyway because of cost. Ya'll knows I's can't be havin' me only one trip to Disney each year! :laugh

Bi-coastal passholder here too. We burn our CA ones out (once a month or so), and are preparing for our second trip to WDW next week. Often the "cross over point" is about 5 days. At that point it makes sense to go AP.
