Reports on crowds?

So, now that April vacations are over, has anyone heard/seen how busy WDW is this week? Any projections for May? The weather seems to be shaping up nicely.

From what I understand you can't beat the 1st of May through till just before Memorial day for a WDW trip.
They say crowds are very manageable.

I'd really like to know more myself. Like how long the waits might be at the big attractions when the crowds are "manageable".

I sure hope so, we are bringing 10 year old twins, a 5 year old and a 1 year old next week.

Smaller crowds would be great!!

I was down there first few days of May in 2002. Weather was perfect, maybe a tad too hot, but crowds were very light. 10 minute waits were the norm. Of course, this was less than a year after 9/11 so it may have been less busy than usual.

I was there last year in the second week in May and there were almost no lines at all. We literally walked right onto Pirates and the 4 of us had our own boat. We had one line for Jungle Cruise of about 25 minutes, what a waste that was. I had forgotten how painfully silly that ride is.

I was just wondering if that's something that can be expected in May and if that's the way things are shaping up now.

The Flower and Garden festival will be full-tilt in Epcot,and the weekends has the Star Wars thing at MGM,but other than that,the crowds shoulkd be okay.
