PO-FQ map

Does anyone know where I can get a good map of PO-FQ? There was one here somewhere but now I can not find it. I also have one in my guide book but it does not show much. The one I saw here a while back showed the buildings with their # and the pool, playground, and other things around the rooms as well as the pathways. I realy hope someone here can help. I am just kicking myself for not printing the other when I first found it.

Re: PO-FQ map

If you are trying to choose a building for POFQ, we just stayed there last month in Building #2. It is right next to the pool and the looby/food court. It was a great centrally located building. If you ever stay at POR, I would recommend the Magnolia Terrace building.

Re: PO-FQ map

jwelch, that is what I am trying to do. I was torn between bldg 5 and 2. It looks like 2 is close to the playground also, do you remember if it is? Also I think I read 2 is a smoking bldg, I don't smoke so I don't want that if it is. Thay may not be all smoking rooms I hope. So since you were just there, do you have any good tips for us? Anything stand out as a must do/see at that resort? This is our first time there but have been to POR a couple of times now. Oh and thanks for your bldg. # ideas.

Re: PO-FQ map

The pool is definately a must, especially if you have kids. Other than that, they really don't have anymore must do's at this resort over POR. Buidling 2 only has a portion of the rooms designated as smoking. We were in a King N/S Room. Definately take advantage of the boat to Downtown Disney. In all actuality we are glad we stayed there, but will most likely go back to Riverside on the next trip.

Re: PO-FQ map

JWelch, thanks for your advice. We're staying at POFQ in about 6 weeks, and I was also thinking Building 5 looked like a good place to be. I'll have to check out Building 2, as well. I liked that #5 was a little closer to POR in case we decided to take a walk over there. We have also stayed at POR a couple of times (including our honeymoon), and we're trying POFQ for the first time (to celebrate our 10th anniv.). Bumble73, I can't wait to hear about your stay when you get back, it will help me to get even more excited about our trip! Have a great time!

Re: PO-FQ map

Thanks jwelch, we will be at the pool quite a bit. My niece just asked if she could come too. That brings our grand total of kids to 5 , not counting DH and myself who are realy big kids. I was lucky they let me change all my PS's to allow her to come. asp8tis, I will let you know about our trip when I have recovered, lol, but we have passed PO-FQ a few times on the boat to DTD and it looks great. Infact, that is what inspired us to stay there. It just looks loke fun.
