Chef Mickey question

My DD & I just watched the food special on the Food Network this weekend. She was so excited about the Mickey-shaped waffles. I can't remember where they were. I think that it is Chef Mickey, but can anyone tell me for sure? I am going to call right away to make a PS, so please help. These waffles have her more excited then I have seen her, so we must find them! Thank you.

Mickey shaped waffles and pancakes are found at most of the character breakfasts including Chef Mickey's. I get excited about them too...lolol

Re: Chef Mickey question

You should do Chef Mickey's. My kids liked it so much, we decided to book our upcoming trip this Christmas at the Contemporary hotel where it is located.

Re: Chef Mickey question

When we stayed at Pop Century, they had them in the food court. ANd when we stayed at the Grosvenor, they had the waffles and I believe they even had Mickey shaped pancakes.

Re: Chef Mickey question

I think it's safe to say that anywhere they serve waffles for breakfast,(and that's almost everywhere) they'll be MicKey shaped. I remember having them at 1900 Park Fare Breakfast Buffet.

Re: Chef Mickey question

I figured the same thing. I have a few PS's for character breakfast's so I figured I was bound to find a place that offers them.
I am doing Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fair Crystal Palace and Ohana for Dinner
And Akershus, and 1900 Park Fair for Breakfast.

Re: Chef Mickey question

Most food courts are getting these waffles now too. Some resturaunts (I believe Cape May Cafe at BC) has Mickey shaped pancakes. Cape May Cafe is also a character breakfast too.

Funny you should bring this up....my DD saw the waffles being made & when they were serving them they were surrounded by whipped cream & M&M's (her favs). Now how do I get her to eat them without all of the goodies she saw?! She is also dying to try one of the Mickey ice cream bars that she saw. She decided that she would really like those!

hon, is there a health reason she cant? I mean.. after all its Disney!! and your no longer in the "real world" right .. if I am not stepping out of line .. after all your her mom and you decide whats best for her, I respect that ..but why not let her eat at least once like that?
lol as for the Mickey premium bars .. my DH can eat 3, 4 , 5 a day while we are there :)

Re: Chef Mickey question

Oh Tinkerbell, she will certainly not be eating healthy that week! I just thought that I should try at least once before I threw my hands up & let her go...lol!! I totally agree with you about this being Disney & my "rules" can be a little more lax in regards to some things (bedtime, healthy eating). It is just a week & she certainly doesn't eat bad all of the other days out of the year, so it will not hurt her in the least. As a matter of fact, I am kind of excited to let her do things that she cannot normally do (like eat waffles with candy at breakfast!). It will just add to the magic for her!!
